Tom Lawson talks to one of HMC’s new Board members, Geoff Thompson MBE, Founder and Chair of the Youth Charter and five times world karate champion, sports administrator and politician; and Aiyaz Ahmed, Teacher and EDI Lead at Eastbourne College and member of the HMC EDI Working Group. They discuss the importance of sport as a tool for providing opportunities and changing the lives of young people of all backgrounds, as well as how sport and EDI fora can give young people a voice in making positive change in the areas that are important to them.
